DATE OF BOARD COMMITTEE MEETING

The board of directors (the "Board") of Prudential plc (the "Company") announces that a meeting of a committee of the Board will be held on Tuesday, 10 March 2020 at 1 Angel Court, London EC2R 7AG, United Kingdom, at which the committee of the Board will, among other matters, approve the release of the 2019 Annual Results of the Company and its subsidiaries, and consider the payment of the 2019 second interim dividend. It is expected that the announcement of the 2019 Annual Results will be released at or around 4:30 p.m. (Hong Kong time) on Wednesday, 11 March 2020.
