PT Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam Tbk : PTBA and Kejati Lampung Signed a Cooperation Agreement

PT Bukit Asam Tbk or PTBA cooperates with Lampung High Court (Kejati) related to PTBA legal assistance by Kejati Lampung in civil and state administration. The signing of the cooperation was carried out by PTBA President Director, Arviyan Arifin and the Head of Lampung Hight Court, Susilo Yustinus, at the PTBA Unit of Tarahan Port, Monday (9/7). Cooperation agreements include provision of legal assistance, legal considerations, and other actions in civil case and state administration. Later, Kejati Lampung will prepare a team of State Attorney in charge of representing PTBA as a plaintiff or defendant counducted in litigation and non litigation based on special power of attorney. State attorney lawyers also provide legal opinions and assistance on the basis of a request from PTBA. In addition, state attorney prosecutors acts as mediators or facilitators in the event of a dispute between state institutions, government agencies, state - owned enterprises / BUMN/BUMS or others with PTBA. The signing of this cooperation was also attended by the Lampung High Court and the Board of Directors and the management of PTBA. This cooperations agreements is the first collaboration established by PTBA with Kejati Lampung.
