Subject: Reviewed Financial Statements, Management's Discussion and Analysis for the first quarter of 2020

Reference: Letter No. PTTEP 13061/00-3390/2020, dated 30 April 2020

PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited, or PTTEP, would like to submit the Reviewed Financial Statements of PTTEP and Subsidiaries (the Company) for the period of three months ended 31 March 2020, and Management's Discussion and Analysis for the first quarter of 2020 as per attachment 1 and 2. These attached financial statements have already been reviewed by PricewaterhouseCoopers ABAS Ltd. and the Audit Committee on the basis that information is accurately represented and sufficient for investors.

The Company wishes to announce that the operating results presented in the Reviewed Financial Statements, for the period of three months ended 31 March 2020, are the same as those presented in PTTEP's announcement on the subject of the Unreviewed Financial Statements, Management's Discussion and Analysis for the first quarter of 2020, dated 30 April 2020.

According to the announcement of the Notification of Capital Market Supervisory Board Tor Jor 28/2020 dated 27 March 2020 by the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that listed companies, which are unable to arrange the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to appoint the company's auditors, are able to submit the company's financial statements for the first quarter of 2020 reviewed by the auditors in the list of auditors approved by SEC and appointed by the company's board of directors. Additionally, the company is required to propose the agenda of appointment of the company's auditors as aforementioned in the upcoming AGM.

In this regard, the Company's Board of Directors at the meeting No. 1/2563/473 on 30 January 2020 has resolved to approve the appointment of Ms. Amornrat Pearmpoonvatanasuk Certified Public Accountant Registration No. 4599 or Mr. Boonrueng Lerdwiseswit Certified Public Accountant Registration No. 6552, auditors from PricewaterhouseCoopers ABAS Ltd., to serve as the auditor of PTTEP for the year 2020. The Company has proposed to AGM on 17 June 2020, for approval of the appointment.
