Reference PTT Public Company Limited Letter no. 80000001/1302 dated December 20, 2018

Board of Directors of PTT Public Company Limited ("PTT") at the meeting held on June 22, 2012 has passed the resolution on the approval of short term liquidity management between PTT and PTT group companies, which PTT has stake holding less than 100%, in the form of Inter-Company Borrowing and Lending ("ICBL") facility in Baht and/or US dollar currency under Uncommitted & Unsecured Short Term Loan, details as in reference letter.

We would like to inform that PTT and its 4 affiliates, namely PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited, Thai Oil Public Company Limited, IRPC Public Company Limited, PTT Oil and Retail Business Company Limited have extended/revised ICBL contracts as well as PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited has renewed ICBL contract with PTT. The period of all the contracts with 5 affiliates are 1 year from December 20, 2019 and will be expired on December 19, 2020. Besides, Credit lines and details of the aforementioned contracts are as follows;
