- Pulte Homes' first active adult community in Central Ohio, Nottingham Trace, is now open in New Albany.

Nottingham Trace reflects an innovative new offering from Pulte Homes of communities in close-in locations that appeal to still-working empty nesters and retirees alike. Tucked away on 88 acres just north of New Albany Road, when complete the community will have a total of 240 homes.
