Cologne, August 22, 2012 - On August 31, 2012, Thomas Stoek will step down from the Management Board of QSC AG. Since April, Stoek has been responsible for the Group's strategic alliances and cooperations, particularly at an international level, in order to further QSC AG's expertise in IT. In his new role as strategic advisor to QSC AG, Stoek will continue to perform this function and thus help to advance the development of new services and products for the workplace of the future.

In this regard, QSC has recently been able to intensify its cooperation with Microsoft in the areas of cloud services for medium-sized companies in Germany, the introduction of the new Windows 8 operating system, as well as unified communication.
