Announcement of RÁBA Plc.

about the procedure of dividend payment for the 2016 business year following 1st January 2018

In the announcement published on May 18, 2017 (the "Dividend Announcement"), RÁBA Automotive Holding Plc. ("RÁBA Plc") as issuer informed its honoured shareholders about the technical order of dividend payment from the Company's available retained earnings increased by the profit after tax for 2016, as defined by RÁBA Plc's General Meeting Resolution 3/2017.04.13.

RÁBA Plc. hereby notifies the shareholders who are entitled to dividend for 2016 but have not been paid yet due to the non-provision or the non-complete provision, until 31 December 2017, of their data necessary for the dividend payment, that following 1st January 2018 the dividend pay- ment is going to be executed by RÁBA Plc with the participation of T-Systems Hungary Zrt.

The conditions for the payment of dividend, including the scope of data necessary for the payment of dividend, can be learned from the published Dividend Announcement.
