The Company was notified on 31 August 2018 the Aurora Europa PCC Limited, a pension of which Anton Bilton, Executive Deputy Chairman is interested,purchased 350,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 40p per share.
Following this transaction, the beneficial interest of Anton Bilton and his immediate family have a beneficial interest in 43,898,711 Ordinary Shares being 6.8902% of the total Ordinary Shares in issue.
