RBC Moscow, February 5, 2015 - RBC OJSC (Moscow Exchange: RBCM) announces a call for entries for EFFIE RUSSIA 2014. Entries will be accepted through March 15 and the Gala Awards Ceremony will take place on April 23.
EFFIE is the world's most prestigious marketing award established in 1968 that honors the most effective efforts in advertising and marketing communications. The award is organized in Russia by RBC media holding. The award is given in 17 key industry-based categories and 4 specialty categories: "Successful rebranding," "Brand without budget," "Corporate brand,", and "Social brand/corporate social responsibility."
"RBC is rethinking and re-launching its business products in an absolutely new quality format. This also affects EFFIE RUSSIA 2014. We have improved the procedure for selecting entries and cases to bring it in full compliance with EFFIE's international standards. The jury is now also comprised of new experts. Moreover, all shortlisted finalists and winners will have a chance of getting into the first global rating of marketing strategy effectiveness (The Effie Effectiveness Index)," RBC Publishing House CEO Ekaterina Son said.
The jury of EFFIE RUSSIA 2014 consists of successful business people, senior marketing executives and professionals, including TWIGA Communication Group President Alexander Ogandzhanyan, Orion Nasledie President and Rusbrand Chairman of the Board of Directors David Yakobashvili, MTS Vice President for Marketing and Member of the Executive Board Vasyl Latsanych, Google Russia CEO Yulia Solovyeva, Yota Marketing Director Mikhail Chernyshev and others.
