REINET INVESTMENTS S.C.A. SHARE BUYBACK PROGRAMME - UPDATE 20 AUGUST 2019
Reinet Investments S.C.A. has repurchased 165 188 ordinary shares in the period 12 to 16 August 2019. The shares were repurchased on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange at an average price of ZAR 253.40 per share (highest price: ZAR 256.80; lowest price: ZAR 250.17) for a total consideration of some ZAR 41.86 million (€ 2.5 million), plus transaction costs. These repurchases were made as part of the share buyback programme announced on 14 June 2019.
The total number of shares repurchased under this programme to date is 1 867 632 ordinary shares for a total consideration of some ZAR 452.28 million (€ 28.1 million), plus transaction costs.
