On April 17, 2020, Republic Services, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press
release announcing that it has rescheduled the release of its first quarter 2020
financial results and investor conference call previously scheduled for April
30, 2020. The earnings release has been rescheduled to Tuesday, May 5, 2020,
after the market closes. The Company will also host an investor conference call
on May 5, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. ET and file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q on May
5, 2020, after the market closes. A copy of the press release is attached hereto
as Exhibit 99.1.
