Rexel's 2018 Registration document, including the full-year 2018 financial report, has been filed on April 3rd, 2019 with the French Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), under number D .19-0264.
The Registration document notably includes the following information:
− the report on corporate governance prepared by the Board of Directors;
− the description of the share repurchase program; and
− the statement of non-financial performance.
The Registration document is available on the Internet site of Rexel (www.rexel.com) in the 'Investors' section and on the website of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) (www.amf-france.org).
The Registration document is also available at no cost at the registered office of Rexel, 13, boulevard du Fort de Vaux, 75017 Paris, France.
