RIB Software : expands its stake in DATENGUT GmbH, one of the leading German providers of mobile solutions for the construction industry, to 75%

Stuttgart, Germany, 18 April 2019. RIB Software SE, the world's leading provider of iTWO 4.0 Cloud Enterprise Platform Technology, today announced the increase of its stake in Datengut GmbH from 51% to 75%. The purchase price was partly paid in treasury shares and cash.

Michael Sauer, Executive Board Member of RIB Group: 'On the basis of the very successful business development of Datengut and the extremely positive reactions of our customers to the extended product portfolio in the Mobility segment, we have decided to expand our participation from last year. Together with the specialists from Datengut, we will continue to concentrate on setting up a competence center for mobility within the DACH region.'
