Rosenbauer Española optimises its locations in Spain and opens new headquarters in Leganés, a suburb of Madrid with around 185,000 inhabitants. The new buildings have an effective area of 2,100 square metres and will be housing administration as well as maintenance services. The former headquarters in Madrid and a workshop for vehicle repairs will be discontinued. The production unit will remain in Linares. The buildings are located on a property of altogether 4,500 square metres, expenditures amount to approximately € 2.8 million.

'Since its founding in 1983, Rosenbauer Española has grown significantly. The customer service segment alone was able to triple the turnover the between 2012 and 2017. Our new headquarters are a reflection of this pleasing development and not only extend our capacities but also increase efficiency,' enthuses Manuel Garzon, CEO of Rosenbauer Española.

The new headquarters in Leganés comprise 1,000 square metres of office space (management, accounting, engineering, purchasing, sales, training and customer service) and the equipment showroom; 1,100 square metres are allotted to the workshop with ten available spaces for vehicle repairs. An additional 1,700 square metres of open space are available for the demonstration and testing of vehicles.
