Rossiyskiye Seti : By the decision of the Board of Directors, Rosseti will create an R&D fund and submit an updated strategy in early 2018

Another Rosseti's in-person meeting of the Board of Directors, chaired by Alexander Novak, Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, was held in Moscow.

During the event, the approaches to forming the Concept of the Support Fund for Scientific, Technical Scientific and Innovative Activities of Rosseti were approved. This decision is aimed at creating additional more favourable conditions for the disclosure of all the scientific potential of the country to create and use advanced domestic developments in the Russian electricity grid complex.

The report on the performance of Rosseti's long-term development programme aimed at ensuring the sustained growth of business and financial indicators was also endorsed at the meeting.

By the decision of the Board of Directors, Rosseti's management team is requested to submit an updated version of the Development Strategy and Rosseti's long-term development program in early 2018.

The report on the work of Rosseti's subsidiaries with regard to the reduction of receivables for electricity transmission services for the first half of the year and 9 months of 2017 was considered separately. The work carried out by specialists in this direction was considered satisfactory.
