Atresmedia's revenue for the first three months of 2019 increased by 2.1 per cent to €257.5 million, compared to €252.2 million for the same period of 2018. EBITDA amounted to €45.1 million (Q1/2018: €33.2 million), with net profit at €28.7 million (Q1/2018: €21.0 million).

In the first quarter of 2019, Atresmedia's family of channels recorded an audience share of 29.4 per cent in the target group of viewers aged 25 to 59 (Q1/2018: 28.8 per cent). Flagship channel Antena 3 achieved an audience share of 12.8 per cent in the target group (Q1/2018: 12.3 per cent) and Atresmedia's second largest channel La Sexta reached a 7.8 per cent audience share in the target group (Q1/2018: 7.3 per cent).

RTL Group owns a stake of 18.7 per cent in Atresmedia.
