Milan, October 14, 2019 - Pursuant to article 122 of the Italian TUF (Testo Unico Finanza - 'Unified Finacial Law') and of article 129, paragraph 2, of the Issuers' Regulation, please note that the abstract of the agreement signed on October 9, 2019, which includes some Shareholders' Agreements regarding Salini Costruttori S.p.A., the company controlling Salini Impregilo, exercising management and coordinating activities upon it, ex articles 2497 and subsequent ones of the Italian Civil Code (the 'Shareholders' Agreements'), has been made available to the public on www.salini-impregilo.com, in the 'Governance' section, in the 'Other Governance Documents' subsection and on the authorized storage system '1INFO' on www.1info.it.
