(SC Illinois), and its subsidiaries, a consumer finance company focused on vehicle finance and third-party servicing and delivering service to dealers and customers across the full credit spectrum. The Company operates through one reportable segment, Consumer Finance, which includes the Company's vehicle financial products and services, including retail installment contracts, vehicle leases, and financial products and services related to recreational vehicles and marine vehicles.
