Saudi Basic Industries SJSC : Clariant shareholders elect all four Sabic representatives to its board

ZURICH (Reuters) - Shareholders elected all four representatives of Saudi Basic Industries Corp (SABIC) nominated to join the board of Swiss chemicals maker Clariant at its extraordinary general meeting on Tuesday.

Former Clariant Chief Executive Hariolf Kottmann was also elected as new chairman at the event in Basel.
