Savills : The District Estates seals deal for another Warrington office building sale

Offering 6,000 sq ft (557 sq m) of office space across two storeys, the property is currently vacant and is now due to be refurbished to offer smaller office suites. Ibis Court is part of the established Centre Park scheme in Warrington, where nearby occupiers include Optionis, KLS Law and Usdaw.

Daniel Barnes, associate director in the office agency team at Savills, comments: 'Unit 2 Ibis Court combines high quality business space with excellent motorway connectivity and proximity to the leisure amenities of Warrington town centre. We have seen increased interest in opportunities around Centre Park and Moorland Property Solutions have exciting plans for the building.'
