Schroders is today announcing several senior management changes, further enhancing our client-focused investment business.

Peter Harrison, Group Chief Executive, Schroders, said:

'Schroders has grown rapidly over the past three years and now is the time to evolve further our investment business to ensure we are well-positioned to continue this progress.

'Bringing together the central oversight of investment management and performance, as well as product development, will enhance our ability to meet clients' demands by developing innovative investment strategies and leverage our market-leading ESG, data insights and quant capabilities.'

Furthermore, Johanna will have oversight of our investment performance, philosophy and investment process.

In this new role Carolina will take oversight of our quantitative investment teams, including QEP and Systematic Investments. She was most recently LOIM's Global Head of Solutions.

Charles Prideaux, Carolina Minio-Paluello and Johanna Kyrklund will work in partnership across Schroders' investment desks with a focus on investment performance and that the business remains sufficiently agile when it comes to adapting to the complex investment needs of our clients.

John Troiano, Global Head of Distribution, will retire after 38 years with the firm. John has made an exemplary contribution to our business in many areas.
