The Company owns and operates drill ships, semi-submersible rigs and tender rigs for operations in shallow to ultra-deep-water areas in both benign and harsh environments. The Company has a fleet of approximately 11 drilling units, including four drill ships, four semi-submersible rigs and three tender rigs. The Company contracts their drilling units primarily on a day rate basis to drill wells for their customers, typically oil majors and independent oil and gas companies.
