On 18 September 2018 STBgranted options over ordinary shares ('Ordinary Shares') under the 2018 Sharesave Scheme (the 'Scheme') pursuant to an offer made to all qualifying employees made on 28 August 2018.
Each option has an exercise price per Ordinary Share of 1402.67p. The number of Ordinary Shares in STB subject to each option granted to a director or person discharging managerial responsibilities is set out below being information notified by such persons to the Company.
Subject to the rules of the Scheme, the options will ordinarily vest on 1 November 2021 and be exercisable for a period of six months.
