We hereby inform that at the annual general meeting of the company, held today at 10:30 am, was deliberated the ratification of the appointment by co-option by the Board of Directors of Mr. Heinz-Peter Elstrodt to act as President of The Board of Directors until the end of the term of office of the other Company Officers.
