The Company operates through four subsidiaries: Serma Ingenierie, who provides solutions covering the design, development and production of embedded systems; ID-MOS, who specializes in design and production of digital and mixed signal integrated circuits; Serma GmbH, who provides engineering services specializing in embedded systems; and Serma International.
