The Company announces that on 20 July 2018 Derek Randall (an Executive Director of the Company), sold 141,736 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company at a price of £0.822 per share.

Following this transaction, which is detailed in the PDMR Notification Dealing Form below, Mr Randall retains 469,214 ordinary shares, representing 0.15% of the Company's issued share capital.
