Personnel changes at SHL Telemedicine

Tel Aviv / Zurich, May 6, 2019 - SHL Telemedicine Ltd. (SIX Swiss Exchange: SHLTN) ("SHL"), a leading provider and developer of advanced personal telemedicine solutions, announced today that Mr. Eran Kristal, General Manager of SHL Israel and Executive Vice President, will be leaving the company.

Yoav Rubinstein, CEO, said: "Eran Kristal has been a valued member of the management team since joining SHL in 2016 and we wish him a very successful future. On behalf of the company, I would like to thank him for his leadership and contribution to SHL throughout this period."
