SHOP APOTHEKE EUROPE was voted the best online pharmacy in both Germany and Belgium at the 2019-2020 WEBSHOP AWARDS. The local webshops - shop-apotheke.de and farmaline.be - were named 'Best Online Pharmacy' in their respective markets. Germany's shop-apotheke.de did not just win the best online pharmacy category but received the highest scores across all categories among all webshops in Germany.

The award is the result of an online survey in which consumers in different markets ranked a broad range of renowned retailers and online shops in 31 categories, using such criteria as product quality, price, product range and delivery. Overall, 75,400 participants in Germany submitted 168,890 evaluations between June 4 and August 27, 2019.
