INCORPORATION OF SUBSIDIARIES

Singapore Telecommunications Limited ("Singtel") wishes to announce that it has incorporated a subsidiary in Singapore known as Singtel FinGroup Investment Pte. Ltd. ("Singtel FinGroup"). Singtel FinGroup has an issued and paid-up capital of S$2 and its principal activity is investment holding. The directors of Singtel FinGroup are Jeann Low Ngiap Jong and Lang Tao Yih, Arthur.

Singtel also wishes to announce that Singtel FinGroup has incorporated a subsidiary in Singapore known as SFG FinTech Investment Pte. Ltd. ("SFG FinTech"). SFG FinTech has an issued and paid-up capital of S$2 and its principal activity is investment holding. The directors of SFG FinTech are Lang Tao Yih, Arthur and Koh Boon Chye.
