Sky Gold Corp. is a Canada-based junior mineral exploration company. The Company is engaged in acquiring and advancing mineral properties in Canada and the United States. The Company’s properties include Evening Star, Mustang, Virginia, Imperial, Horne, Laurie, Ontario Nickel, and Ka Ni-Cu-Co-Cr-Pge Property. The Evening Star property is located in west central Nevada in Mineral County and is comprised of 43 unpatented mineral lode claims totaling 660 acres. The Mustang Property comprises approximately 1,550 hectares and is contiguous to New Found Gold’s Queensway Gold Project and approximately five kilometers from their discovery hole. The Virginia Property is approximately 5.7 kilometers northeast of New Found Gold’s drill hole and comprises 100 hectares, which is also located 8.2 kilometers northeast of Sky Gold’s Mustang property. The Imperial property is located to the Southwest of, and contiguous with Amex Exploration Inc.’s Perron project, which has made gold discoveries.
