NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS - DIVIDENDS

We hereby inform to the shareholders of SMILES FIDELIDADE S.A. ("Company") that the dividends declared by the Company at the Annual Shareholders' Meeting held on April 30, 2018, in the total amount of R$ R$438,592,843.83, or R$ 3.536812222 per share, exempt from taxes according to Article 10 of Law n° 9.249/95, will be paid in May 17, 2018 and calculated based on shareholders positions of May 04, 2018, without any monetary restatement. As from March 07, 2018, including, the Company's shares will be traded "ex-dividends".

SERVICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

Shareholders who have already indicated a bank account shall have their credits available at the informed account. Shareholders who have not provided such information shall receive from Banco Bradesco S.A., as depositary bank, at their stated address, a notice containing information with respect to the payment. Such notice shall be presented at one of Banco Bradesco's branches along with the appropriate deposit instructions. Shareholders who hold their shares under a fiduciary custody arrangement shall have their proceeds available in accordance with the procedures adopted by BM&FBOVESPA.
