NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS - DIVIDENDS

In complement to the Notice to Shareholders disclosed by SMILES FIDELIDADE S.A. (the "Company") on April 30th, 2018 about the dividends distribuition ("Notice to Shareholders - 04.30.2018"), we inform to the Company's shareholders that the dividends per share declared by the Company at the Annual Shareholders' Meeting held on April 30th, 2018 and disclosed on Notice to Shareholders - 04.30.2018, in the amount of R$438,592,843.83 (four hundred and thirty eight millions, fifty hundred and ninety two thousand, eight hundred and forty three reais and eighty three cents), remains R$ 3.536812222 per ordinary share, free of Income Tax according to Article 10 of Law n° 9,249/95.

We clarify that all the other information from Notice to Shareholders - 04.30.2018 remains unaltered.
