San Donato Milanese (Milan), 30 November 2018 - Snam, following the announcement on 2 October concerning the resumption of the share buy-back authorized by the Shareholder meeting of 24 April, announces that, in the period from 21 to 29 November, has purchased n. 5,074,327 of its own shares at an average price per share equal to 3.8397 euro, for an aggregate amount of 19,483,689.46 euro.
On the basis of information provided by the intermediary appointed for the repurchase of the shares, the details of the purchases of treasury shares on the MTA (Mercato Telematico Azionario) on a daily basis are reported below:

Since the start of the purchase plan Snam acquired 71,964,871 own shares (equal to 2.07% of the share capital), for an aggregate amount of 263,222,232.99 euro.
Following the purchases, and taking into consideration the treasury shares already held, as of 29 November 2018 Snam holds 162,887,496 shares equal to 4.70% of the share capital.
