New Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract will provide training and employment opportunities for students - one of the first on this scale in the UK

The University of Greenwich has signed a 5-year contract with the company to deliver cleaning, security, grounds maintenance, business support, waste management and pest control services from May 2020 across all three of its campuses.

Vice-Chancellor of the university, Professor Jane Harrington, said: 'Our students are at the heart of everything we do, and this contract enables us to deliver high quality services while realising a wide range of opportunities for our students, ranging from mentoring, apprenticeships and internships to employability and CV workshops and career insight days.

The contract, which was signed at the end of last month, will begin in May.
