Lithium ION Energy Ltd., formerly ION Energy Limited, is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in exploring and developing lithium resources in strategic jurisdictions. The Company’s flagship, approximately 81,000 plus hectare Baavhai Uul lithium brine project is a lithium brine exploration project. It also holds the 29,000 plus hectare Urgakh Naran highly prospective lithium brine license in Dorngovi Province in Mongolia. Urgakh Naran Lithium Brine Project is located 150 kilometers (km) WNW of the Company’s flagship Baavhai Uul Lithium Project. The Company also holds two new claims by staking in Northwest Territories (NWT), Canada, identified as the Little Nahanni claims (Little Nahanni). The Little Nahanni claims approximately 900 hectares. The Company also holds Bliss Lake Lithium Pegmatite Project in NWT, Canada (Bliss Lake).
