Friday, September 14th saw the front-month NYMEX Natural Gas Futures Contracts open at $2.796, two cents below Thursday's closing price of $2.817. Retreating from the intraday high of $2.797 within minutes of the session opening, prices fell to a one-week intraday low of $2.762 by 11:00AM. Trading nearly flat over the balance of the day as demand wanes and fears over hurricane related infrastructure damage subsides, October closed lower on Friday at $2.767.

This morning in Globex, WTI Crude was up 69 cents; Natural Gas was up three cents; Heating Oil was up two cents; and, Gasoline was up three cents.
