Precision LM to support combined $115 billion loan servicing portfolio
WINDSOR, CT, July 27, 2020 --SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: SSNC) today announced Precision LM will support JLL's combined $115 billion loan servicing portfolio following the real estate company's acquisition last year of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, LP (HFF).
JLL is a rated primary servicer and industry-leading provider of commercial loan services to more than 50 institutional investors. JLL servicing clients include Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, CMBS originators, mortgage REITs, debt funds and life insurance companies. JLL adopted SS&C's Precision LM as its agency/multifamily loan servicing platform in January 2019 and is now expanding to include HFF's loan portfolio. Additionally, many JLL life insurance clients also use SS&C's Precision LM software so that JLL can realize further eGciencies in communication, information sharing, and access to data.
