It is hereby informed that Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Department of Commerce vide office order no. A - 12022/16/2013-E.IV dated March 28, 2019 has conveyed that Shri Ashwani Sondhi, Director (Marketing), MMTC Limited will hold the post of Director (Marketing), The State Trading Corporation of India Limited in addition to his existing charge for a period of six months w.e.f. 01.04.2019 to 30.09.2019 or till the post is filled up on a regular basis or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.

Further, it is informed that Shri P K Das, Director (Marketing) of the Company, on attaining the age of superannuation retired from the services of the Company w.e.f the afternoon of 31.03.2019 and hence ceased to be director w.e.f that date.

This disclosure is being given pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
