On 21 February the Company confirmed receipt of a petition by a group of shareholders for inquiry proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal (the "Enterprise Chamber"). A hearing was scheduled to take place on 23 May 2019. The Company and the group of shareholders have mutually agreed to postpone the date of this hearing to a date later in the calendar year. The date of the hearing will be communicated to the market as soon as it has been finalised.
