Sugi Holdings Co., Ltd. ("the Company") is pleased to announce that it has resolved at a meeting of the Board of Directors held today to change its representative director as follows.

1. Reason for the change
With the market environment changing rapidly and greatly and competition with enterprises in different fields or types of business intensifying, the Company needs to immediately and precisely deal with them and to strongly promote its strategy based on the reforming of its business structure and further expansion of its business areas. Thus, Katsunori Sugiura, a director, will take a position of Representative Director & Senior Vice President and work as a person in charge of leading the Company for the next generation.
