Sulliden Gold Corporation Ltd. is a Canadian-based gold exploration and development company with assets in Peru and Canada. The Company is focused on developing the Shahuindo Gold Project, its 100% owned flagship property located in a prolific gold producing district in northern Peru. The Company has two subsidiaries in Peru, which are Minera Sulliden Shahuindo S.A.C. and Minera Sulliden Peru S.A. It also has two subsidiaries in Panama, which are Sulliden Minerals S.A. and Sulliden Capital S.A. The Shahuindo Project is located in the prolific gold producing district of northern Peru at an elevation of 2,900 metres. The 100% owned Shahuindo Project covers 9,218 hectares of mining. The East Sullivan property is located 8 kilometers to the South East of the city of Val D’Or in the gold mining district of Abitibi, Quebec. In April 2013, Agnico-Eagle Mines Ltd acquired an 11.074% stake in Sulliden Gold Corp Ltd. In August 2014, Rio Alto Mining Ltd acquired Sulliden Gold Corporation Ltd.
