Kai Shing awarded with the honours of Outstanding Model Property Management Project in Shanghai
All four major SHKP Shanghai landmarks made the list, exemplifying top-notch service quality

In the recent 2018 The Trade Association of Shanghai Property Management Assessment, four landmark projects managed by Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited's (SHKP) subsidiary Shanghai Kai Shing Properties Management Services Limited, Shanghai IFC, Shanghai ICC, Shanghai Arch and Shanghai Central Plaza, were named Outstanding Model Property Management Projects in Shanghai. Shanghai IFC was also named Outstanding Model Asset Management Project in Shanghai. Shanghai Kai Shing won these industry-recognized honours with all its four landmark properties, proving its strict adherence to the Group's belief in putting the customer first. Shanghai Kai Shing's first-class property management has established its leading position in the industry.

Shanghai IFC, Shanghai ICC, Shanghai Arch and Shanghai Central Plaza are the Group's landmark projects in the city, all of which are managed by Shanghai Kai Shing. Shanghai Central Plaza has been awarded with the honour of Outstanding Model Project for four consecutive years while the other three projects took part in the assessment for the first time.

The total number of projects in Shanghai participating in this year's Outstanding Model Project assessment exceeded 600. All of the projects were subject to various stages of examination including expert on-site evaluations and a review by the evaluation committee. Despite this rigorous review process, all four projects managed by Shanghai Kai Shing passed with a 100% success rate and achieved remarkable results. In addition, in the asset management assessment, following the nomination by the professional asset management committee based on Outstanding Model Project judging criteria, Shanghai IFC was one of just 11 Outstanding Model Asset Management Projects in Shanghai selected by the evaluation committee, a testament to Shanghai Kai Shing's role model status in the property management industry.

During the assessment this year, Shanghai Kai Shing property staff worked as a team to improve the electrical and mechanical equipment as well as backup facilities of various properties in order to make the buildings even more effective, energy-efficient and safer, thus adding long-term value to the developments. For example, under the management of the Shanghai Kai Shing team, Shanghai IFC saves on average over 300,000 kWh of communal electricity and over 10,000 cubic metres of water each month. In the first 10 months of 2018, the project saved around RMB4.4 million.

Bolstered by a strong belief in quality, a comprehensive system and cooperative teamwork, Shanghai Kai Shing's management model is on the right track. Its premium service has garnered consistent praise from customers and widespread recognition from the industry. Under Shanghai Kai Shing's management, the car parks of Shanghai IFC, Shanghai ICC and Shanghai Central Plaza earned the title of Shanghai Public Parking Lot AAA Credit Enterprises.
