UNAUDITED OPERATION DATA FOR OCTOBER 2019

The board of directors (the "Board") of Sunac China Holdings Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce certain unaudited operation data of the Company, its subsidiaries and affiliated company (the "Group") for October 2019 as follows:

In October 2019, the Group achieved contracted sales value amounted to approximately RMB64.43 billion, representing year-on-year increase of 23%, and contracted sales area amounted to approximately 4,389 thousand sq.m., with contracted average selling price of approximately RMB14,680 per sq.m..

As at the end of October 2019, the Group achieved contracted sales value amounted to approximately RMB433.92 billion, representing year-on-year increase of 17%, and contracted sales area amounted to approximately 29,707 thousand sq.m., with contracted average selling price of approximately RMB14,610 per sq.m..
