CHANGE OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

The board of directors (the "Board") of Sunac China Holdings Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") announces that as Ms. Cao Hongling ("Ms. Cao") has been appointed as the president of Sunac Services Group and she wishes to devote more time and efforts to her roles as the president of Sunac Services Group, and the executive president of the Group to take charge of related work including operation plan management, financial management, and audit and internal control, she would, with effect from 23 September 2019, cease to act as the chief financial officer (the "CFO") of the Company. Ms. Cao has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and there are no other matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Board announces that Mr. Gao Xi ("Mr. Gao"), has been appointed as the CFO of the Company with effect from 23 September 2019. Mr. Gao will continue to act as the vice president and the company secretary of the Group. Mr. Gao, 38 years old, is currently the vice president and company secretary of the Group. Since joining the Group in 2007, he has held different positions in various departments of the Group, including the capital operations centre, financial management center, financing management department and capital management department.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its appreciation to Ms. Cao for her contributions during her tenure as the CFO of the Company and extends its warm welcome to Mr. Gao for his new additional role in the Company.
