Customers can use swype to benefit from unlimited browsing - and always at high speed. The Switzerland-wide flat rate also applies to calls to Swiss mobile and landline networks. There are three prices for swype - plain and simple. Customers choose in advance whether they want to use swype daily or monthly. Payment is also made in advance: The offer costs CHF 2.- per day or CHF 39.- per month. For international usage, there is an extra service option called 'International & Roaming' which costs CHF 3.- per day and allows international calls alongside unlimited browsing and phone calls in 25 countries1. Full cost control included. And complete freedom: Customers can cancel with immediate effect at any time - no minimum contract duration.
For digitally minded people
The swype onboarding is really simple and can only be done via the swype app on your cellphone or tablet. It only takes a few clicks and three minutes to become a swype customer. How it works: Choose the rate wanted (daily or monthly), order free SIM card, confirm identity digitally, and pay by credit card or via TWINT. Bills and overdue notices will be a thing of the past. For any questions or input on swype, a conversation can easily be started via WhatsApp directly on the app.
Innovative concept, executed within 100 days
The server-less setup has allowed the creation of a completely new type of customer experience in less than 100 days. When developing swype, the focus was on keeping things simple, independently managing products and continuously improving user friendliness for customers. To this end, yallo relies on the know-how of Amazon Web Services and Moflix. The novel core solution developed by yallo and its innovation partners is based on a series of micro services by Amazon Web Services. This enables the orchestration of further cloud-based services, such as customer identification, billing, or customer support. All personal data are treated in compliance with data privacy regulations and are processed via secure and ISO-certified (27001) infrastructures.
