Management Board of Synthos S.A. (Issuer), acting pursuant § 5 (1) item 22 and § 28 of the of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information published by issuers of securities and conditions for the recognition as equivalent of the information required by the legal regulations of countries that are not Member States (uniform text Journal of Laws of 2014, item 133, as amended), hereby informs that on 8 May 2017 the Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting of Synthos S.A. appointed Mr Jarosław Grodzki, Mr Robert Oskard, Mr Grzegorz Miroński, Mr Wojciech Ciesielski and Mr Mariusz Gromek to the Supervisory Board of Synthos S.A. of the 9 term.

Mr Jarosław Grodzki graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Finances and Statistics at the Warsaw School of Economics. In 1994, he completed Post-Graduate Tax Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. In the period from 1992 to December 1997 he worked in Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. He co-organised Centrum Operacji Kapitałowych (Centre for Capital Operations) of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. and then he worked in the Department of Securities Issue at Bank Handlowy. In 1996, he was appointed Director of the Financial Consultancy Office. In the first half of 1998, he was employed in Hydrocentrum S.A., as the Advisor to the President. In the same year he commenced employment in Echo Investment S.A., starting from the position of the Sales Director, then the Vice-President of the Management Board, and during 2007-2008 as the President of the Management Board of Echo Investment S.A. Since 2009, he has been performing duties of managing persons in the group of companies controlled by Michał Sołowow, currently, among others, the President of the Management Boards of the following companies: FTF Columbus S.A., Ustra S.A., FTF Galleon S.A. and a Member of the Supervisory Boards of, among others, Sklepy Komfort S.A., North Food S.A. Since 2011, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Synthos S.A., since 2015 a Member of the Supervisory Board of Rovese S.A. Mr Jarosław Grodzki does not perform any competitive activity towards the Issuer's, he is neither a partner of any competitive civil partnership or a partnership, a member of any body of a competitive capital company, nor a member of any other body of a competitive legal person. He has not been entered into a register of insolvent debtors kept pursuant to the Law on the National Court Register.

Mr Robert Oskard graduated from the Faculty of Technical Physics and Applied Mathematics at the Warsaw University of Technology. During 1987-1990, he worked in Fabryka Łożysk Tocznych (Factory of Rolling Bearings) Iskra and dealt with designing and programming of IT systems, and during 1990-1992 we was employed in the Voivodship Office in Kielce at the post of Provincial IT Engineer. During 1992-2000, he worked in Exbud S.A., among others, at the Director of the Office of Planning and Economic Analyses, Director of the Office of Development and Director of the Management System Office. During 2000-2002, he was employed as the Director for Strategic Projects in Echo lnvestment S.A. He was the chairman or member of between ten and twenty supervisory boards, including in public companies. Currently, a member of the management boards of the following companies: FTF Columbus S.A., Ustra S.A., FTF Galleon S.A, and a member of the supervisory boards of, among others: Barlinek S.A, Rovese S.A., Synthos S.A., Sklepy Komfort S.A. He was also the Member of the Supervisory Boards of the 6, 7 and 8 terms of Synthos S.A. Mr Robert Oskard does not perform any competitive activity towards the Issuer's, he is neither a partner of any competitive civil partnership or a partnership, a member of any body of a competitive capital company, nor a member of any other body of a competitive legal person. He has not been entered into a register of insolvent debtors kept pursuant to the Law on the National Court Register.

Mr Grzegorz Miroński is a lawyer. In 1992, he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. Since 1997, he has been providing legal services for numerous business entities,including several companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. In 1997, he started permanent cooperation with Echo Investment S.A., where he advised during the biggest investments and numerous transactions involving financing of the company, as well as during its regular operation. Moreover, Mr Grzegorz Miroński cooperated, among others, with Cersanit S.A., Barlinek S.A. and Media Projekt Sp. z o.o. in the scope of investment and financial projects. Mr Grzegorz Miroński has been running a law firm and holds positions in the supervisory boards, among others, of the following companies: FTF Columbus S.A, FTF Galeon S.A., Ustra S.A., Barlinek S.A, Sklepy Komfort S.A., North Food S.A. Mr Grzegorz Miroński was also Member of the Supervisory Board of Synthos S.A. of the 5, 6, 7 and 8 terms. Mr Grzegorz Miroński does not perform any competitive activity towards the Issuer's, he is neither a partner of any competitive civil partnership or a partnership, a member of any body of a competitive capital company, nor a member of any other body of a competitive legal person. Mr Wojciech Ciesielski is a lawyer and graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. During 1987 - 1990, he was employed in the District Court in Kielce as a Court Trainee and he passed the judicial exam in 1990. Since 1991, he performed the functions of a manager of the Legal Team, a Proxy, a Member of the Management Boards or a Member of the Supervisory Boards of in the group of companies belonging to Michał Sołowow. During: 2002 - 2004 - a Member of the Supervisory Board of 'Orbis', 2005 - 2011 - a Member of the Supervisory Board of Synthos S.A., 2003-2015 - a Member of the Supervisory Board of Echo Investment S.A., 2015 - 2017 - a Member of the Supervisory Board of Rovese S.A. Mr Wojciech Ciesielski was also a Member of the Supervisory Board of Synthos S.A. during 2005 - 2011 a Member of the Supervisory Board of Synthos S.A. of the 8term. Mr Wojciech Ciesielski does not perform any competitive activity towards the Issuer's, he is neither a partner of any competitive civil partnership or a partnership, a member of any body of a competitive capital company, nor a member of any other body of a competitive legal person. He has not been entered into a register of insolvent debtors kept pursuant to the Law on the National Court Register.

Mr Mariusz Gromek studied at SGPiS (currently: Warsaw School of Economics) at the Faculty of Foreign Trade. During 1990-1991 he worked in EXBUD2 Sp. z o.o. as, among others, the Plenipotentiary of the Management Board of EXBUD S.A. for restructuring and then, in 1992, in TERIKO Sp. z o.o. in Kielce as a co-shareholder and Sales Manager. During 1992-1993 he was self-employed and conducted business activity. During 1993-1994 he worked in MITEX-TRADE Sp. z o.o. as the Wholesale Manager and then Sales Manager. In 1994, he commenced work in P.L.I. S.A. on the post of the Manager of a network of supermarkets, then Sales Manager. Since 1995, he held the position of the Vice-President and during 1997-1999 of the President of the Management Board of P.L.I. S.A. (later NOMI S.A.). During 2000-2002 he held the position of the President of the Management Board of Cersanit S.A. Member of the Supervisory Board of Cersanit S.A. during 2003-2006. Member of the Supervisory Board of Barlinek S.A. during 2003-2016. Mr Mariusz Gromek is currently a Member of the Supervisory Board of Oncoarendi Therapeutics sp. z o.o. Mr Mariusz Gromek was also Member of the Supervisory Board of Synthos S.A. of the 8term. Mr Mariusz Gromek does not perform any competitive activity towards the Issuer's, he is neither a partner of any competitive civil partnership or a partnership, a member of any body of a competitive capital company, nor a member of any other body of a competitive legal person.
