SYNTHOS S.A. Legal basis: Article 19.3 of MAR (Market Abuse Regulation) - information on transactions executed by persons discharging managerial responsibilities.
The Management Board Synthos S.A. the 'Issuer' informs that on 16 May 2017 the Issuer received a notification from FTF Columbus S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, being a person closely associated with persons discharging managerial responsibilities at the Issuer, i.e. Mr Jarosław Grodzki, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer and President of FTF Columbus S.A. and Mr Robert Oskard, Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer and Deputy President of FTF Columbus S.A., that is referred to in Article 19.1 of the MAR Regulation, about acquisition of shares of the Issuer by FTF Columbus S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw.
