Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers. On October 30, 2018, Thomas Dannenfeldt, a member of the board of directors (the "Board") of T-Mobile US, Inc. (the "Company"), notified the Company of his decision to resign from the Board effective December 1, 2018. Mr. Dannenfeldt's resignation from the Board is connected to his planned departure at the end of the year from Deutsche Telekom AG, the majority stockholder of the Company, where he has served as the Chief Financial Officer since January 2014.

Mr. Dannenfeldt's resignation from the Board did not result from any disagreements with management or the Board. Mr. Dannenfeldt also served on the Company's Compensation Committee and Executive Committee.
