Nail Maganov, Director General of TATNEFT, and Gumar Yarullin, Chairman of the Trade Union Committee, signed the Collective Bargaining Agreement of PJSC TATNEFT for 2020.

Taking into account the epidemiological situation, the signing procedure of the document this year took place without holding a general conference of the labor collective. The event, organized in a new format, was attended by Rustam Mukhamadeyev, Deputy Director General for Social Development, and Andrey Glazkov Head of the Human Resources Department from the Employer. On the part of the Labor Collective: there were Andrei Zimin and Rifdar Kyamadyarov, Deputy Chairmen of the Trade Union Committee, representatives of corporate media.

The Collective Bargaining Agreement of PJSC TATNEFT is signed annually and is a kind of the internal labor corporate code, which is followed by the Company's administration and the staff. TATNEFT provides a package of social benefits and guarantees enshrined in the Collective Agreement to ensure social protection of employees, their families, as well as non-working pensioners. The Company's employees' rates and salaries of have been differentially increased since January 1 within the framework of the Agreement, 2020. 6 items of the document have been subjected to changes in connection with the indexation: the material assistance size of has been increased. The calculation methodology has also been changed and the amount of payments due to the annual paid leave has been increased by 10%.

The key principles that the Company follows throughout its activities include the fundamental international principles in the areas of human rights and the labor, proclaimed by the UN. The Collective Bargaining Agreement includes the Human Rights section, which consolidates the Company's position on recognition and integration into labor relations of the provisions of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Labor Organization (ILO) and the Social Charter of the Russian Business. In 2019, TATNEFT joined the UN Global Compact as a participant, implementing the Principles and Sustainable Development Goals, which strengthens the Company's position within these most critical aspects of corporate responsibility.

Nail Maganov, Director General of TATNEFT:

'Difficult work has been done, the Company's capabilities have been analyzed the in today's difficult conditions, and changes in legislation. The cooperation with trade unions has been aimed at the goals' accomplishment, and we have made a common decision taking into account the needs of our enterprises. The main message of the Agreement is aimed at improving the quality of work, living conditions and the wages. The budget of the Collective Agreement is traditionally updated and increased on the annual basis

Our work does shall not be completed with the signing of the document. The works related to the improvement of the labor remuneration will be continued. I thank the Trade Union Committee for the constructive position and the work accomplished.'

Gumar Yarullin, Chairman of the Trade Union Committee of PJSC TATNEFT:

'On behalf of the employees of TATNEFT I express my gratitude to the support of the proposals and amendments made to the Collective bargaining Agreement by the teams of the Company.
