TBC Bank : to Develop an E-commerce Market Place

TBC Bank Group PLC ('TBC PLC') is pleased to announce the group's intention to develop an e-commerce market place in Georgia through building of an innovative digital trading platform, Vendoo. The platform will allow customers to purchase various products online, to get installment loans and to benefit from prompt delivery and a flexible refund policy. Vendoo will also support local businesses by giving them access to a larger customer base and online marketing as well as the option to obtain financing.

Vendoo will utilize the customer base and resources of Swoop, a well-known online discount and sales company in Georgia, recently acquired by TBC Bank Group. However, Swoop will remain a separate brand and will continue its activities allowing customers to avail of services on both websites.
